Job Description

As a (Personal Injury Protection) Sales Associate, you will play an important role in growing and maintaining relationships with medical providers. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, client education, and the ability to navigate the complexities of the PIP revenue recovery process. You will be responsible for cultivating new client relationships and supporting existing ones through each step of the sales process.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop net new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other sales techniques to develop new business (using internal lists, creative outreach strategies, and processes, in-person visits, cold/warm calls and emails, LinkedIn, networking events, social media outreach)
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
Conduct sales meetings with potential customers to determine and forecast sales potential.
Attend trade shows or industry events as needed.

Qualifications

Demonstrated track record of sales success with quotas and net new business activity
Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
2 years of B2B sales experience (ideally selling into pharmaceuticals, medical device or healthcare)

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Range Determined by Experience, expected to be around $85k in year 1 and $100k+ in year 2
Variable Compensation includes amounts per settled claims and New Provider Incentives
