We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to drive the adoption of Super League’s portfolio of enterprise software products that support brands and intellectual property owners who have or want to establish and optimize a presence on Roblox. The initial products include an analytics and measurement solution and a loyalty and rewards platform.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a sales product specialist, focused on presenting the features and benefits of the company’s offerings directly to customers. Both as a sole contributor and as a partner to members of the company’s direct sales and partnerships teams, the ISR will play a crucial role in developing client relationships, generating leads, nurturing client opportunities, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Selling: Act as a product seller, emphasizing the features, benefits, and value of Super League’s enterprise software products to prospective clients. The ISR must be able to present relevant use cases, develop compelling sales narratives, and embrace the perspective of target customers.

Direct Sales: Engage directly with customers across a wide range of industry verticals who either are considering their first investment into Roblox and open gaming platforms, or who have an existing Roblox presence at varying levels. Sales activity and communications must effectively convey the value proposition of Super League's products and create opportunities for sales growth.

Product Specialization: Serve as a product specialist, leveraging well-trained, in-depth knowledge of the products in Super League’s portfolio to ensure proposed solutions will meet and exceed customer needs and expectations.

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs and pain points, and effectively communicating the value proposition of the company’s products.

Product Demonstration: Conduct compelling product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of the product portfolio, tailored to the specific needs and interests of each prospect.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Creative, and Brand Strategy to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and customer success strategies.

Pipeline Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales opportunities and tracking progress through the sales cycle using Super League’s CRM system.

Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on brand and IP activity on Roblox, general Immersive Media and Open Gaming Platform industry trends, product and company competitors, and best practices in digital marketing, analytics, and brand engagement to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
3+ years of experience and proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the marketing and advertising industry, with a SaaS background
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and familiarity with immersive platforms such as Roblox and Fortnite.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets and goals.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes and challenges.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Boostr) and proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suite.
Previous experience in the gaming industry or familiarity with gamification principles is a plus.
