About The Role

Currently, we are actively seeking the next generation of Enterprise Sales Development Representatives to join our team, with a specific focus on the US region. Your contributions will play a crucial role in driving our mission forward and making a lasting impact in the industry.

What would you do?

Proactively generate sales leads
Identify opportunities by understanding customer needs and processes
Craft compelling narratives to engage potential clients and maintain contact through networking
Building and educating Syncron executives on potential opportunities in region
Articulate Syncron's value proposition via email, phone, and in person
Collaborate across departments to enhance lead generation
Develop sales strategies through thorough research and analysis

Who you are? / What we expect:

2-4 years of sales or business development experience, focusing on enterprise software - Ideally in Supply Chain, Pricing or Field Service Management.
SaaS solutions experience preferred
Ability to travel up to 20% travel to support conferences & executive events
Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage with high-level executives confidently
Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.com
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
