Job Description
Join an extraordinary team focused on helping wellness businesses improve their operations with our all-in-one solution. Your role will be to reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other outreach methods to educate them on the value of our solution and to ultimately book a meeting with one of our Account Executives.
Objectives of this Role
- Generate leads by leveraging phone calls, emails, and other outreach methods to schedule qualified meetings.
- Follow up with interested leads and schedule calls with our sales team.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain good CRM hygiene.
- Manage a pipeline of warm leads and keep them engaged through regular follow up.
- Identify best practices and enhance your prospecting strategy as you develop in the role.
- Work closely with marketing on messaging and campaign outreach.
- Identify the prospect's needs.
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities.
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and our Account Executives.
- Report to manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
Our Offer to You
- Compensation: $50k base salary, $74k OTE; commission multiplier kicks in when you hit monthly quota attainment, and we offer uncapped commission

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- A track record of creatively solving problems
- Positive attitude, self motivated
- Strong desire to move up within a sales organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with CRM
- Prior experience as an SDR with a track record of achieving quotes
