We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our growing Sales organization. This role will be responsible for developing and cultivating relationships with our clients through a variety of presale motions. Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle from the initial call to contract negotiation and closing.
- Manage sales pipeline, improving and maturing our own internal processes
- Understand and articulate key Advantage Partners’ service offerings to potential customers
- Develop & enhance relevant sales collateral to assist in the sales lifecycle
- Identify new sales opportunities through a variety of prospecting channels
- Identify operational efficiencies and assist team in scoping / implementing new processes to accelerate sales cycles
- Manage & oversee team of BDR’s
Qualifications
- 2-3 years in a quota-carrying B2B role and exceeding monthly / quarterly targets
- Experience in prospecting / outbounding / sales development
- Experience working in a startup is a plus
- Experience in IT Security / Compliance is a plus
