Due to continued accelerated growth, we are looking for a detail-oriented, creative and strategic Account Executive tojoin our team. What You Will Do:
The Account Executive will connect with and close inbound prospects within an assigned geographic territory. The position will also be responsible for nurturing key stakeholder relationships within the account base. The position will also be the liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. The Software Sales - Account Executive will regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment when carrying out this position’s major responsibilities and activities.
Other Responsibilities Include:
Develop a relationship as a trusted advisor to key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Forecast and track key account metrics.
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders.
You are a strong fit for this role if you have:
BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
1 to 5 years of successful general software and/or IT security sales experience within an inbound function environment.
Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-Level.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time with an attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
