About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. The BDR will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales process. Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:Conduct thorough research and identify potential clients through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, industry databases, online research).
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and assess their potential value.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
- Sales Support:Gather market intelligence and competitor information.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.
- Provide timely and accurate information to the sales team to support their efforts.
- Communication & Collaboration:Effectively communicate with potential clients and internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong phone and email communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other relevant sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-starter.
- Excellent research and problem-solving skills.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
