In this critical role, you'll drive lead generation through both inbound and outbound channels, building a robust sales pipeline. Reporting directly to our SDR Manager, you'll play a key part in shaping and defining the future of our SDR team.

Position Responsibilities
- Target prospective customers through networking, referrals, social media, phone calls, and emails to generate and qualify new sales leads (SQLs)
- Engage with prospects across multiple sectors and geographies, introducing the value Crossfuze provides
- Proactively follow up on inbound and "warm" leads generated through marketing efforts
- Schedule and coordinate Discovery meetings between qualified leads and Sales Account Executives, ensuring a smooth transition into the Sales Pipeline
- Nurture prospects until they reach a pre-defined level of qualified interest
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Sales/Sales Development experience
- Proven track record as a top performer in previous roles
- Experience with technical solution sales
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Humble confidence and self-motivation with a drive to achieve goals and targets

Compensation Range
- The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $55,000 annually plus commissions. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining the compensation rate for a potential new employee including years of experience, training and education, geographic location, and other factors.
