Your Role: Business Development Representative (BDR) 🎬
Role in Our Organization: As a BDR at EZ Edits, you’ll be at the forefront of generating new business opportunities, Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, texts and social media) to book discovery calls for Account Executive (AEs).
What You’ll Do
- Execute our 30-day cold outreach cadence. 📩
- Track & analyze performance using reports and dashboards and iterate based on data; 10X what works and substitute what doesn't with data to back up your decisions. 📊
- Rapid lead response (even outside work hours). ⚡
- Maintain detailed CRM logs (interactions, progress, notes). 📝
- Strong communication with your Business Development Manager and Account Executives. 🗣️
- Propose process/SOP improvements. 🔄
What You’ll Bring
- Experience & Proven Success: 1+ year experience in Business Development. Bonus: 6+ months experience using HubSpot CRM 🏢🌟
- Exceptional Communication & Networking: Resilient, self-motivated, strong communicator 🧠🛠️
- Education & Adaptability: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus) and the ability to excel in a dynamic environment. 🎓
- Communication, Leadership, & Culture Fit: Confident, humble and in alignment with company values to foster teamwork and a collaborative culture. 🏋️♀️

- Compensation:
- Leads that book & attend a Discovery Call = Tier 1 commission (one-time).
- Leads that convert into clients = Tier 2 commission + bonus commission.
Performance Expectations (OTE): subjected to change
- $500 - $2,500 CAD/month, based on performance.
- Expected to work on leads that lead up to 7-8 new clients per month.
- No earning cap—top performers can scale income.
- Secondary Metrics: Sales Cycle Time, Response Rate, Conversion Rates, CRM Maintenance.
- Growth Path:
- Potential for promotion to Business Development Manager (BDM), Sales Development Rep (SDR) to Sales Development Manager (SDM) and/or Sales Manager roles.
- This role is Contractor, Full-Time, Commission-Only.'👨🏼💼
