What you will do at Infinidat:
The Enterprise Sales Representative is an entry-level sales position. The primary focus is to identify new opportunities with the existing Infinidat business partners. A secondary focus area is to support the Regional Enterprise Account Manager in generating new sales opportunities and contributing to the regional team's efforts to achieve sales quota.
The Enterprise Sales Representative will operate within a local geographic territory with the primary objective of meeting or exceeding defined sales key performance indicators (KPIs). These efforts will contribute to the Enterprise Account Manager's overall goal of achieving or surpassing the sales quota for the region.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities with predefined existing business partners through routine communications of Infinidat platforms and Infinidat sales programs
- Foster and maintain key critical business partner staff relationships. Each staff member within a business partner will have industry segment-focused accounts. Promote mutually beneficial alignment of the proper Infinidat platforms to the individual business partner customer and industry segments through routine interactions
- Strategize with the Enterprise Account Manager and Infinidat Technical Sales Engineer on how Infinidat Platform features, SLA, or sales programs could benefit a specific customer use case
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
Primary Duties: Assist the Enterprise Account Manager with the following
- Schedule and organize business partner and or customer sales meetings
- Coordinate with Inside Sales Development Representative and Regional Enterprise Account Manager to keep potential newly identified opportunities on the forefront until they become active sales campaigns
- Creation and review of new sales proposals
- Weekly updates on the sales pipeline and open opportunity status within SalesForce
- Work with Infinidat Territory Channel Manager to drive partner adoption of Infinidat Platforms
- Purposeful interaction and follow-up on customer requirements during POC
- Liaise with OEM Infrastructure and OEM Software sales team providers to identify joint sales campaign targets
- Follow up on direct customer requests uncovered during routine customer status meetings such as monthly Customer Support calls
Requirements
- A four-year bachelor’s or master’s degree focused on science, technical, or business discipline is preferred.
- Ability to understand the issues and challenges the customer or prospect faces using active listening skills to seek the appropriate solution that fits into their business strategy
- Ability to create connections, trust, and rapport with customers, prospects, and partners
- Detail-oriented, with clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Possess critical thinking skills to blend customer technical and business requirements
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dynamic and articulate presenter to various size audiences
- Self-starter and independent learning abilities utilizing online educational portals
- Ability to maintain composure under stressful customer or sales business demands
- Problem solver who initiates solutions to sales challenges without being informed to do so
- Coachable with the ability to take on feedback with an open mind
Preferred Requirements :
- 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
