Remote based either East Coast or Central Region, this role involves travel to client sites - located close to a major airport is a requirement
A hybrid Player-Coach position, this involves a mix of direct sales and also leadership and development of a team of Account Executives
It's essential that the role holder has a background within software for Distribution Centers and Supply Chain sector, alongside experience of leading a team of remote based Account Executives

Role -
- Drive revenue growth of Software solutions into the Distribution Center / Supply Chain sector
- Develop and execute new business campaign plans alongside Sales Development and Marketing teams
- Lead the sales process, from customer identification, approach and through needs evaluation, solution qualification and deal management, including proposal delivery
- Guide, Support, Mentor and Develop a team of Account Executives
- Maintain clean and accurate data including prospect, pipeline and funnel, along with customer management, retention, development, up sell and cross sell
- Support Product and Marketing teams with customer feedback
- Represent the company during face to face customer onsite visits, conferences and exhibitions, and in person presentations
- Develop playbooks for Automotive Parts Supply Chain solutions within the US market and present them to company leadership, both within the US and to C-suite internationally
Requirements -
- 5+ years experience of Distribution Center and Supply Chain SaaS solutions
- Proven in person SaaS Sales success of either or directly relating to:- Logistics and supply chain management software, distribution center management, supplier management, ERP, MRP, WMS, storage or warehouse automation or intralogistics solutions
- Sales Team leadership experience, specifically remote based Account Executives driving new business
- Working experience of business process functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations, etc)
- Able to travel up to 30% of the time
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to demonstrate software solutions to executive leadership
- Outstanding organizational skills, highly accountable and self motivated, detail oriented, competitive but team focused, confident but humble and keen to learn, detail oriented and possessing high personal integrity
- Proven ability to operate independently and autonomously, while maintaining a constant communication line with colleagues and leadership, is responsive to feedback and guidance, and committed to continuous personal and professional improvement.
