About the Role:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at FYIsoft, you will reach out to prospective clients and partners to introduce them to our powerful financial intelligence platform. You will converse with finance and accounting professionals to identify their needs, and determine where FYIsoft's offering might fit. You will serve as a strategic partner to FYIsoft's Sales team, continually building a pipeline of sales opportunities and helping move prospects through the sales process to close.
Responsibilities:
- Targeting prospective companies in the SMB and Mid-market space.
- Complete a high volume of outbound prospecting and market nurturing activities (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach).
- Conduct and manage the sales cycle process from initial contact through to qualification.
- Engage new clients in value-add business conversations to understand their challenges and identify potential solutions with FYIsoft.
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Drive prospects to webinars and special events.
- Track activity, sales progress, and territory market data in Hubspot.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meeting bookings.
- Provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on prospect interactions.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as and SDR/BDR at a SaaS or other technology company
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Technically savvy: Familiarity using CRM’s, prospecting tools, and account research tools
- Coachability - willing to take and implement constructive feedback.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in finance or accounting.
