Job Title: Account Executive
Work Type: Full Time - Remote
Salary Range: $100-110K base - OTE 300K
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
About the Company:
We are partnered with a leading North American Digital professional services firm. They are looking for a new Account Executive to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Find and engage new clients who need app and web development
- Manage the full sales cycle — from first call to signed contract
- Understand client goals and recommend tailored solutions
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Work closely with our developers and designers to deliver projects
- Keep your sales pipeline organized using a CRM
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in digital/web/mobile services
- Strong closer — confident from intro call to deal close
- Tech-savvy — you understand how apps and websites are built
- Self-motivated and proactive — you make things happen
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Excellent communicator — can explain digital solutions clearly
- Familiarity with the Texas business market is a plus
