Position Overview
The Senior Sales Representative will have responsibility for identifying, qualifying, consulting, negotiating and executing customer contracts and agreements across the entire portfolio which meet the strategic and financial objectives of Intus Biosciences.
- Prospecting new clients and advancing them through the sales funnel to increase net new logos and revenue
- Ability to research prospective accounts and identify key stakeholders and generate qualified leads
- Conduct Cold Calling, making outbound calls to potential clients
- Accurately and routinely log customer touchpoints and data into CRM
- Prospect and implement strategies to call on verticals not limited to Functional Medicine, Nutrition, Concierge Medicine, Mental Health and Gastroenterology.
- Prepare and attend presentations with internal stakeholders and eventually lead presentations
Progression in this role would lead to being able to guide a client through all facets of the sales cycle, pitching it with little supervision. Growth trajectory could lead to a managerial role leading a sales territory. OTE compensation is $100,000-$120,000 annually.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in scientific discipline
- Minimum of two years of sales experience with demonstrated success
- Experience working in a CRM tool (i.e. Hubspot, Salesforce, etc)
- An entrepreneurial self-starter that adopts an ownership mindset to their work
- A passion for growth and innovation
- A natural people person with empathy and EQ
- Strong communication skills to clearly articulate Intus Bios’ value proposition
- Collaborative and able to work across several teams
- Someone who approaches every day with positivity, energy and a sense of fun
- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Experience selling into functional medicine, concierge medicine and/or nutritionists
