Job Description
We are now hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our B2B signature product, WiseStamp! The SDR team plays a key role in our overall sales strategy, responsible for creating opportunities and increasing pipeline for the Account Executive team.

Who You Are
- You have 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, making outbound calls and sending outreach emails daily to SMB and Enterprise customers.
- You’re a strong communicator, both written and verbal, and know how to engage prospects effectively.
- You have experience working with enterprise software and a good understanding of the sales process.
- You’re highly self-motivated, thrive in both independent and team settings, and are eager to grow your career in sales.
- You’re a problem-solver who can think on your feet and adapt to different prospect needs.
- You have experience using CRM systems and tools like Intercom to manage pipelines efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the best next steps for each.
- Engage with prospects to generate leads and create sales opportunities for the Account Executive team.
- Develop outreach strategies and proactively seek new lead generation methods.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement.
- Support senior sales teams by brainstorming and executing innovative lead generation ideas.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, improve processes, and enhance sales efficiency.
