Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Account Executive to elevate Tiffany & Co.’s luxury business gifting division. In this role, you will be responsible for driving outstanding sales performance while providing exceptional service to our business and corporate clients. Your focus will be on fostering and nurturing strong relationships with key accounts, while also generating new business and expanding existing partnerships. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving retail growth and consistently delivering results, utilizing your expertise in business strategy to seize new opportunities.
As an Account Executive, you’ll need to think strategically while also overseeing the daily execution of the sales strategy, balancing client needs, team collaboration, and brand excellence. You will work closely with both regional and local teams in a transparent, collaborative, and supportive way. Key Accountabilities
Sales Achievement: Responsible for sales growth
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual territory sales plan
- Grow territory revenue month-over-month, with a focus on new account acquisition and new sales development opportunities
- Capture client data in salesforce, manage opportunity pipeline and client activity
- Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business
- Drive business through key product pillars, focusing on the client’s current and future needs
- Collaborate with and drive business to retail when the opportunity arises
Client Development: Deepen the relationship with our business clients to drive spend, cultivate new business clients
- Build robust strategy to Cultivate new and existing client relationships
- Cultivate a pipeline of Business Client prospects
- Conduct face-to -face, virtual and phone meetings
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of Experience in business-to-business sales environment
- Proven track record in achieving sales results
- Ability to work with a diverse business client base/sector
- Ability to cultivate and develop C-suite relationships face-to-face and/or virtually
- Strong organizational, time management & multi-tasking skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Ability to forecast and utilize data insight to manage and grow business
- A college degree or equivalent work experience is required
- Must have authorization to work in the United States
Preferred
- Luxury selling experience
The hiring range for this position ranges from $77,010 - $104,190. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience. This role is also eligible for sales commission.
