Joining Our Team
RTA Outdoor Living is seeking high-performing individuals to join our growing Direct Sales Team. As one of our first 50 employees, you'll play a foundational role in shaping our sales organization and have a direct impact on helping homeowners bring their backyard visions to life—across the country.
In this role, you'll lead scheduled consultations and guide prospective customers through our structured sales process. We're looking for self-starters who not only excel individually but thrive in collaborative environments—those who lift up their teammates and contribute to shared success. With our rapid growth, adaptability is key. The ideal candidate is eager to learn on the fly, take initiative, and grow alongside the company.

In this role, You will be:
- Conducting direct-to-consumer virtual presentations and facilitating decisions
- Using our CRM as a key tool to take notes and support team success
- Accountable and responsible for driving revenue by serving our customers
- Maintaining digital calendar and goal accountability sheet to ensure you are optimizing your flow and personal productivity
- Continues improvement in your sales / communication skills and outdoor kitchen acumen
- Working with team to create and manage excellent customer experiences that convert sales into happy customer experiences and 5 Star Reviews
- Demonstrate assertiveness in improving RTA Outdoor Living’s business plan
Experience / Qualifications / Skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Diligent and willingness to be responsive
- Email and text savvy
- Ability to follow a process and use a CRM
