The Inside Sales Representative will support Sales Managers in achieving revenue targets by assisting with sales processes, customer interactions, and account management. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can help drive sales growth while ensuring smooth customer engagement. The ideal candidate must reside in the Boston region.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Support Sales Managers in executing sales strategies and achieving revenue goals.
Assist with managing customer accounts, including tracking sales activities and follow-ups.
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals for client meetings.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and product demonstrations.
Act as a key interface between customers and internal teams (marketing, operations, finance).
Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
Assist with order processing, contract documentation, and invoicing.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales initiatives.
Support lead generation efforts by identifying and qualifying potential customers.
Travel up to 10% for meetings, conferences, and client visits as needed.

Preferred Background:

Bachelor's degree or above in life sciences required.
Strong working knowledge of NGS, genomics, and/or molecular biology preferred.
Prior experience in sales support, account management, or customer service is a plus.
Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Independent, self-driven, and team-oriented.
