Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves preparing sales reports, collaborating with the marketing team, and staying updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in account management and customer relationship management
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of the flooring industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
