About The Role
As a Sales Development Representative at WorkBright, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business through cold calling, emailing, social selling and nurturing inbound nurture leads. You will be responsible for researching potential clients and reaching out to them to introduce our products and services and identify opportunities for sales. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating a sales database, tracking all leads and sales activity, and providing regular reports to management.
Working closely with the Account Executive, you will help identify strong sales opportunities and play a key role in driving revenue for the company. You will also attend regular company meetings and work closely with internal teams such as engineering, client services, marketing, and executive departments to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our clients and continuously improving our sales processes.

As a Sales Development Representative at WorkBright, you are someone who is highly motivated and proactive. You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and are comfortable cold calling and emailing potential clients to generate new business. You are organized, prompt, and punctual, and you can work well under pressure and meet deadlines. You have strong interpersonal skills and can build relationships with clients, providing support and solutions with grace and ease. You have a strong technical aptitude and can learn and understand our products and services to identify sales opportunities and drive revenue for the company. You are ambitious and driven, with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
Responsibilities
- Contacts new leads through outbound call efforts and effectively demonstrate product value
- Build/manage lead development, and opportunity pipelines based on outbound lead generation strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor within your assigned accounts to keep them up to date on industry trends.
- Manage inbound nurture leads that are acquired through marketing activity such as webinars or downloads by connecting and qualifying their interest and scheduling a handoff to the appropriate Account ExecutiveCreate a great first impression with prospects by providing them with a premier experience
- Achieve or exceed goals for qualified meetings booked.
- Partner with Marketing Department with special projects and launches to further optimize software product
- Attend trade shows and exhibits as a WorkBright sales representative.
- Work closely with the Account Executive to identify opportunities and make warm introductions in the sales process.
- Travel may be required for trade shows and exhibits (6-8 times per year)
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and on video calls
- Minimum education required: High School Diploma
- Organized with ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passionate about sales, software, mobile and technology.
- High energy with a 'make-it-happen' attitude.
- Motivated and results driven (i.e. own a quota and exceed it.)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Fast learner (i.e. ability to independently solve problems through research and hustle.)
- Experimental and Analytical (i.e. ability to analyze a process, trying new things, and measuring the results in search of ways to improve a process.)
- Self-confident, self-directed, forward thinking, detailed-oriented.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years' experience in a sales and/or lead qualification role (including outbound prospecting).
- Experience with a CRM tool (i.e. Salesforce.)
- Experience with a SaaS company with a B2B product.
What We Offer You: Compensation and Benefits
- The salary range for candidates is: $50,000 - $60,000 base with a $40,000 variable
- This is a full-time, non-exempt position

Travel Required
WorkBright is a 100% remote company; however, travel may be required for various in-person meetings ranging from team meetings to industry events.
