Position Summary

We are actively seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by generating qualified leads for our sales team. As an SDR, you will take charge of outbound prospecting, skillfully engaging with potential clients, and strategically setting up qualified appointments that are instrumental in our sales process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic sales environment. Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and social media to identify potential clients.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our target customer profile.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand product offerings and effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
Schedule and coordinate appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
Utilize CRM tools to track and manage lead interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Continuously stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and qualification.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of campaigns and messaging.
Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
Be prepared to take on other duties and tasks as assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education, Skills, and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or a similar role in a Business to Business (B2B) sales environment.
Experience with Professional Employer Organization (PEO) is preferred.
Proficient use of technology, with a strong emphasis on CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, to streamline and optimize customer relationship management processes.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent phone etiquette.
Ability to forge meaningful relationships with potential customers and understand their needs.
Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales prospecting tools.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
