TechHuman is seeking an IT Account Executive to join our internal team of Talent professionals. With a high sense of urgency and flexibility, the incumbent will develop new business accounts, manage current accounts, and work closely with the Talent Management team (not a full desk position). Requirements
- 2+ years of Sales Lead/Management experience (IT/Technology Staffing agency preferred)
- 4+ years of Account Manager/Business Development/Sales Mgmt experience (IT/Technology Staffing agency preferred)
- 1+ year of Technical Recruiting experience (agency preferred)
- Able to travel locally to client sites with the flexibility to attend after-hours networking events
- Customer relationship management, consultative, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Superior communication and presentation skills
- Strong sense of competition and extremely driven/self-motivated
- Energetic, high sense of urgency
- Detail-oriented with a proven record of exceeding expectations and delivering excellence
- Strong ‘whatever it takes' work ethic and ‘can-do’ personality
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a highly collaborative team environment
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
