Our client is a 75+ year old creative retail packaging company looking to hire a Territory Sales Manager.
The base salary is $60,000 with expected first year earnings of $80,000 plus car and cell phone allowance.
Top performers are making $200,000+.
This is a work from home role but you'll be in the field daily.
As an Account Executive, your job will be to engage both existing and potential clients, introducing them to our extensive range of products and services.
Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will undertake various responsibilities including customer profile development, order coordination, and sales projection management.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to company policies and conduct all tasks with professionalism, integrity, and honesty.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of our current offerings and stay updated on new product lines and services.
- Create and maintain customer profiles, identifying product preferences and opportunities for diversification.
- Gather and report market insights to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver accurate proposals and quotations to clients, seeking necessary approvals.
- Liaise with internal departments to facilitate order processing and provide necessary customer support.
- Arrange plant tours for clients, participate in press approvals, and conduct offsite visits as required.
- Assist in contract review and resolution of credit issues.
- Set and achieve sales targets in alignment with annual budgets.
- Represent the company at relevant trade shows and events.
- Provide ongoing customer support, addressing inquiries and issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements through training programs.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of successful outside sales experience.
- Demonstrated track record of devising and executing successful sales strategies within the printing and packaging sectors.
- Proven ability to foster and maintain long-term client relationships, resulting in financial growth and increased market share.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze numerical data and compute various metrics.
- Capacity to understand and respond to customer needs effectively.
