We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Account Executive to join our team. The Junior Account Executive will be primarily responsible for sourcing and landing new client logo accounts and will execute the company's growth plan with the goal of achieving the assigned sales quota of circa $1 million annually. The role is fully virtual.
Responsibilities:
- As a self-starter, you will quickly and effectively establish key relationships with decision-makers within large enterprises.
- Selling communication technology-enabled managed services in the form of virtual events, conferences, and secure hosted virtual meetings for various corporate functions and senior management within public and private companies.
- You will drive for results with a “hunter” mentality, meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly revenue objectives by prospecting, securing meetings, and closing new business.
- You will also provide weekly reporting and pipeline management and will complete all weekly pipeline and activity reporting in accordance with the company's forecasting cadence.
- You will also serve as the Voice of the Customer and will act as the Customer champion within the company to ensure we continue to gather product feedback to exceed our commitments and delight our customers.
Qualifications:
- Must be US based, and be able to work East Coast hours.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in business/economics.
- Familiar with Salesforce and LinkedIn, demonstrating the ability to effectively navigate and utilize tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to self-organize and self-motivate given the virtual nature of the role.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm, persistence, and determination while facing challenging situations.
- Highly motivated by goals and targets, with a strong desire to achieve and excel.
- Capable of recovering quickly from setbacks and handling rejection with grace and optimism.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, thriving under strong leadership and coaching.
- Experience within a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Details: Base salary $75K - $85K, variable commission $75K-$85K (uncapped) OTE total package $150K - $170K
