Job Description:
We are seeking a true hunter to join our expanding team. It is crucial for the candidate to be hungry and ready to hunt for business. This will be at the forefront of what you do and you need to be passionate about learning and bettering yourself everyday. As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to convey the value of our platform and setting the stage for successful sales engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities by researching and identifying potential clients in the cybersecurity sector.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and the sales team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and detailed information on leads and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the cybersecurity or tech industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Self-motivated with a high level of energy and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales prospecting tools.
- Based on the West Coast, with the ability to work remotely.
