Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with our existing book of leads, making calls to discuss the merits of our platform for their business, and setting demo meetings with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture our existing lead database
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients
- Articulate the value proposition of Bluerithm's platform
- Identify key decision-makers within target organizations
- Set up demo meetings for our sales team
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales development or similar role
- Preferred experience in commercial or industrial construction
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong ability to understand and articulate technical concepts
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required for candidates with relevant experience
