We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales development, a passion for building relationships, and a strong desire to contribute to the growth of reacHIRE. As a Senior SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.Outreach Engage with prospects through outbound calls, emails, and social selling to generate interest and qualify leads.Qualification Assess the needs of potential clients and determine their fit for reacHIRE’s solutions. Ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads to the sales team.Pipeline Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in the CRM system. Track and report on lead generation metrics and outcomes.Collaboration Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching new markets and refining outreach tactics.Relationship Building Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.Continuous Improvement Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge.Experience Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales development or a related role, preferably in the tech or professional services industry.Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.Skills
