Who You Are:
In anticipation of rapid growth in the fundraising and luxury travel sectors, Winspire seeks a smart, client-focused, and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR).
As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, primarily driving top-of-the-funnel growth through cold calling and other outreach methods. If you are a self-motivated, consultative, and collaborative professional with experience in nonprofits or a passion for achieving top-tier results, Winspire could be the ideal place to build the next chapter of your career.
Duties:
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Utilize cold calling as the primary method to source and acquire new prospects. Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to potential clients.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through multiple channels, establishing initial contact via telephone, and educating potential clients on products and services.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust and sustainable pipeline. Build forecasts, prioritize leads, and follow up on opportunities to ensure consistent outreach and lead nurturing.
- CRM Utilization: Use HubSpot CRM to manage the sales process, ensuring efficient flow from contacts to accounts to opportunities.
- Sales Process Automation: Implement sales process automation strategies to achieve a high volume of outreach and streamline lead qualification.
- Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed targets by effectively managing your territory and sales cycle. Develop solutions, implement strategies, and conduct post-engagement follow-up.
- Market Engagement: Drive performance in various markets through social media, third-party and partner knowledge, travel nuances, nonprofit dynamics, event awareness, and other relevant factors.
- Self-Driven Sales Cycle Management: Manage the front end of the sales cycle in a fast-paced environment with disciplined, self-driven sales cycle management.
- Remote Work: Ability to work primarily from your home office.
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
- Demonstrated expertise and a proven track record of success with at least 2 years in sales or business development of B2B services.
- Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or CRM.
- Strong customer service mentality with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fully fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in other languages is a strong plus.
- Alignment with the company’s mission, values, and beliefs.
- Proactive, with a customer-first/team-first attitude.

Pay Range:
- $50k-$90k+ (Base + Commission)
