About The Job
Our client is seeking a junior SaaS inside sales professional to join their team. You'll be responsible for selling complex dental managed services to a diverse range of clients. This role offers a competitive base salary of $50k with a total target compensation of $120k, including uncapped commissions. The position requires approximately 15% travel and offers significant room for growth as you expand your expertise and take on additional accounts within the organization.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of B2B inside sales experience, preferably in SaaS or managed services
- Understanding of complex service offerings, dental industry knowledge a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable with a consultative sales approach and longer sales cycles
- Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
- Candidates outside of California preferred
