About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic self-starter to join us as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive prospecting and qualification efforts of new customers across North America. You will be expected to develop repeatable processes and refine your go-to-market strategies based by analyzing data to generate qualified leads. You will have the support and mentorship of proven sales leaders and be given every opportunity to succeed and develop your sales career.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding and passion for the product.
- Generate qualified leads through strategic and thoughtful approach to outreach using a multi-channel method.
- Convert both inbound and outbound qualified leads into scheduled meetings with Sales Director and VP. Note that this role requires a heavy outbound focus.
- Collaborate across marketing and product teams to inform outbound campaigns targeting our ideal customers.
- Analyze data to inform decisions and maintain CRM records.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree.
- Experienced in selling and applying structure to processes to develop qualified leads.
- Fearless and passionate about connecting with people on the phone, LinkedIn, and face to face at conference events to establish relationships.
- Self-driven and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional fluency in English.
- Collaborative and coachable with an appetite for continuous learning to sharpen sales skills.
- Experience with Salesforce and prospecting tools.
- Experience selling to VPs of Customer Success/Renewals, CCOs, CROs, and Head of Revenue Operations preferred but not required.
- Must be located in the United States, preferably Pacific Timezone.
