Role Description
The Enterprise Sales Lead will be at the forefront of Clockout's sponsor marketplace, driving revenue by securing and managing high-impact enterprise partnerships. Your primary objective will be to identify, negotiate, and close deals with large organizations and strategic partners, contributing significantly to our projected revenue in 2024 going into 2025. This role offers an attractive commission rate of 15% alongside competitive salary, reflecting the critical importance of this position to our growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in the enterprise sector and will excel in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives within a dynamic startup environment. This role is remote.
Qualifications
- You have 3+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record in securing large partnerships
- You are a strategic thinker and are flexible to change
- You are comfortable with making and leading presentations
- You are a quick thinker and are not scared to think outside the box
- Experience in business development and establishing strategic partnerships is a plus
- Capable of working independently and efficiently
- Established connections within relevant industries are highly desirable
