Your Role:
As Growth Specialist/Account Executive at Blue Wheel, you will lead targeted sales efforts with high-value prospects to attract, acquire, and grow ideal client segments for our team. This is a role that will require creative prospecting and well-coordinated, eloquent, and intuitive sales efforts. Ideal applicants have served in a strategic or account management role for an agency or similar. The Growth Specialist is responsible for leading sales efforts with prospects from a consultative and strategic vantage- using years of account strategy to help secure new accounts- the sales cycle will require you to execute with urgency by establishing strong relationships and client trust, and consist of complex, technical variables and multiple stakeholder involvement that can range in high dollar value.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects
Understand customer needs, challenges, and objectives.
Support Executive Selling
Support executive team on larger sales deals, including building colloteral, maintaing internal project management tools and updating the CRM
Product Knowledge:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
Articulate product value propositions effectively to customers.
Sales Quotas:
Meet or exceed upsell and revenue targets.
Develop and implement upsell strategies to achieve targets.
Sales Calls and Presentations:
Conduct sales calls and presentations to existing customers.
Effectively communicate product benefits and advantages.
Sales Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Generate quotes and proposals as needed.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Sales Team and other departments to coordinate auditing and presentation efforts.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
5+ years of relevant agency strategy or account management experience
At least 3+ years specifically working on DTC or Amazon Brands
Excellent communicator and relationship builder. You thrive on the phone. Proficient in Google & Microsoft Office Suite
Self-driven with the ability to work independently
Must be able to understand complex environments and projects, pay attention to details and maintain an organized workflow
Excellent planning, time management, and decision-making skills with the ability to self-manage numerous projects simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to foster/maintain relationships across multiple businesses and organizations
Exceptional Writing, Copy, Editing And Proofreading Skills Preferred
