Primary Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the management and development of Shop Managers by ensuring employee engagement through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships to include buyers, merchandising managers, general managers, store managers, owners, and other store personnel to maintain the business as well as effectively communicate with the end customer by providing extraordinary customer service.
- Seek out and open new points of distribution by prospecting on a regular basis.
- Partner with Marketing to propose and manage marketing strategies by coordinating promotions/events in-stores to achieve set targets and objectives and managing co-op marketing support for accounts.
- Monitor competitor trends and communicate to Baccarat management.
- Actively participate in preparing product evaluation reviews and providing effective feedback and strategic suggestions to take initiative and be accountable in growing the Baccarat business.
Experience working with department stores in an account executive role is a plus. This position will be located in the Los Angeles, California area.
