Account Executive
Reports To: President
Location: Remote in FL but must be able to go into the office every once in a while
Salary: 125-150K first year OTE
The Account Executive sells storage handling solutions to new and existing business customers. Our primary market is the state of Florida, though we have and will continue to serve customers in other geographies as warranted
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:
Annual Sales Expectations
- Year 1: $500,000+
- Year 2: $600,000+
- Year 3 and beyond: $750,000
By the end of Year 3, build and maintain a twelve (12) month pipeline of 30+ opportunities totaling $1+ million
DUTIES:
- Develop new opportunities and grow existing customer accounts through a variety of methods:
- Company prospect data and leads
- Cold calling
- Cultivating referrals
- Develop an alliance network
- Creativity and initiative
- Evaluate customer needs during site visits
- Prepare and present proposals/quotes, following up appropriately
- Prepare sales orders (and supporting purchase orders when needed) for pick/pack
- Coordinate and support installation efforts as needed
- Follow up on customer concerns and support solutions efforts as needed
- Manage territory travel in a time-efficient and cost-effective manner
COMPENSATION:
- Base salary plus uncapped commission
- Quarterly bonus based on company profitability
