Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to manage strategic partnerships and drive new business growth in the New York City region. This role will be critical in expanding Diamanti’s presence in the enterprise sector, focusing on solutions for Kubernetes, data center infrastructure, and storage. You will work with key accounts, nurture long-term relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their business challenges.
This is a high-impact position with a competitive base salary, commission, and equity, offering an OTE of $450K+.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key enterprise accounts.
• Drive new business and expand existing relationships within your territory.
• Work closely with customers to identify their business needs and present Diamanti’s Kubernetes, storage, and data center solutions.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas, delivering strong sales performance.
• Collaborate with the internal team (sales engineers, customer success, etc.) to provide the best solution for clients.
• Conduct business development activities to open new opportunities within the enterprise sector.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
• Represent Diamanti at industry events and conferences to increase brand awareness and network with prospective clients.
• Travel as needed (30-40%) to meet clients, attend meetings, and represent the company.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on data center infrastructure, Kubernetes, or storage solutions.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Strong understanding of the cloud, Kubernetes, data center, and storage technologies.
• Ability to develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30-40% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

• Competitive base salary plus commission.
