As the company expands, it's time to grow our sales team! We’re looking for an energetic, multilingual, versatile and knowledgeable person. The SDR will join our sales team in the US. Their role is to amplify our capabilities by qualifying incoming leads. If you're passionate about driving business development and constantly learning a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Set appointments and follow up on inbound leads
- Track progress towards meeting sales goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in sales or real estate
- Knowledge of the financing/real estate purchase process in the US
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese - plus)
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a client focus.
- Adaptability and solution-oriented.
- Highly self-motivated and passionate.
