Cordance is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join Spiro. We are looking for an experienced hunter and closer who is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and hates CRM's. One who works with a sense of urgency to manage a pipeline, drive sales cycles, and close business. The successful Account Executive is a high-impact individual capable of driving new customer acquisition, generating revenue and meeting or exceeding quotas.
This is a hybrid role; candidates must be in Boston office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Responsibilities:
- The Account Executive will be responsible for achieving or exceeding quarterly bookings targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company's Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
- Once fully ramped, the Account Executive is expected to bring in an average of two new customers per month, each with an average ARR of $25K
- The Account Executive must consistently maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of potential business opportunities
- The Account Executive should actively engage in team meetings and knowledge sharing, support colleagues, adapt to changing priorities and tasks
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in selling B2B SaaS at companies with under $5M in ARR
- Proven track record of high achievement against sales goals
- Experience with deal sizes between $20K and $50K ARR, and sales cycles under 45 days
- Proficient in both inbound and outbound sales strategies
- Comfortable conducting product demos independently
- Preferred experience selling to manufacturing and distribution industries
- Preferred understanding of the CRM market
