About Enrichly:
Enrichly is a fast-growing health and education tech company focused on improving youth self-esteem through innovative, gamified digital solutions. Our platform equips licensed mental health professionals and educational institutions with tools to engage children in self-esteem development while tracking progress. As we expand into the healthtech space, we are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow our client base and bring our transformative solution to more healthcare providers and schools.
Role Overview:
The BDR will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new sales opportunities. This is a pivotal role for our sales team as we transition into new verticals in the healthtech space. You will work closely with the Head of Growth to develop a scalable pipeline, nurture relationships with potential clients, and ultimately set up demos for Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Research and identify potential healthcare systems, licensed mental health professionals, and educational institutions that could benefit from Enrichly’s platform.
• Outreach: Conduct cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to prospective clients and nurture leads into qualified opportunities.
• Qualify Leads: Engage prospects, understand their needs, and determine their potential fit for Enrichly’s platform.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and manage inbound leads.
• Scheduling Demos: Set up and schedule demos for the Account Executive team with qualified prospects.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), ensuring all activities are properly tracked.
• Pipeline Management: Track and report weekly on lead generation, outreach activities, and conversion metrics.
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in SaaS or healthtech.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making cold calls and managing outbound email campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Ability to understand and convey complex product information and communicate value to potential clients.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
• Passionate about mental health, education, or healthcare industries is a plus.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Number of leads generated per week/month.
• Conversion rate from cold outreach to demo meetings.
• Number of demos scheduled for Account Executives.
• Pipeline growth and management.
