As an Account Executive, you'll manage leads, advance sales opportunities, execute strategies, and meet targets.
The firm is headquartered in Florida, but this role is fully remote! **hours are 11am-8pm PST (2pm-11pm EST)**
$50k base salary and year 1 OTE $70k up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships to buy structured settlement payments
- Identify financial needs and offer solutions
- Plan, follow up, and close deals
- Assess the profitability of deals
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Add new prospects to grow sales
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of inside sales experience with high call volume
- Proven sales success and deal-closing ability
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented with strong business acumen
- Skilled in negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Being bilingual is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
