What is the Power Buyer program?
zavvie's Power Buyer program is a unique offering that empowers our partners to attract cash-buying clients. Equipped with market-specific data, AI-powered technology, and our expert knowledge, we equip buyers with the power of cash to compete in today's competitive market.
What You'll Do:
- Qualify and Nurture Leads: Engage with prospective clients, identify their needs, qualify leads, and guide them through the sales funnel.
- Outbound Outreach: Conduct high-volume cold calling, emailing, and other outreach activities to generate and engage potential clients.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of zavvie’s offerings to clearly communicate the value proposition to prospects.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with account managers to ensure smooth transitions from lead generation to closing.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Meet and Exceed Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation goals.
- CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system to support accurate reporting and future outreach.
What You Bring:
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, ideally in real estate, tech, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to prospect and generate leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Self-motivated with a strong "hunter" mentality, eager to seek and close new opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized with effective time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to convert prospects into qualified leads.
- Experience using CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) to track and manage customer interactions.
- Flexibility to work beyond traditional hours when needed to meet targets and expectations.
