About the role
We’re looking for a driven Junior Account Executive to work together with our Senior Account Manager, Business Development Team and Creative Design Team to directly execute our compliant influencer marketing campaigns. This role will be integral to successful influencer marketing campaigns through one on one communication with medical influencers and clients. You will be responsible for the success of individual campaign executions and relationships with the clients we service.

You are experienced in constructive feedback and have some experience with managing direct reports. You are an expert communicator and offer client customer service that stands out as a key differentiator in a growth stage startup.
Key Responsibilities of Role:
- Maintain organization and control in multiple simultaneous campaigns with numerous influencers and clients
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the medical influencer talent we represent and the niche areas they connect with to assist in influencer selection for campaigns
- Assist in creative design of campaigns lending insight on influencer selection based on understanding of each creator's tone and style as well as prior analytics and performance.
- Attend introductory calls with sales and creative teams to evolve campaigns with the client
- Serve as the bridge between sales and creative teams during the execution of partnerships to facilitate timely campaign execution and analysis
- Oversee proactive communication with both clients and influencers predicting and preventing bottlenecks or delays as often as possible
- Create weekly updates on active and pending campaigns
- Report directly to the Vice President, HCP Influencer Marketing and provide monthly reports to senior leadership on active and completed campaigns in addition to current and past client health reports.
- Use Monday CRM to Accurately Log Each Step of Campaign Execution
- Use Monday CRM to Accurately Log important Campaign Documents
- Complete all assigned tasks in Monday CRM
- Respond to Team on Slack messages within responsible amount of time during working hours
- Provide communications between Clients and also Influencers for each campaign to deliver creative briefs, client revision requests, approvals, posting dates, & analytics
- Oversee the payment and W9 collections for influencer(s)
- Store all received, signed documents on google drive in designated folder
- Answer All Company & Brand Emails with 24 Hours (except for weekends *unless active campaign)
- Be comfortable working within EST business hours and occasionally extended hours as indicated by campaigns.
- <25% travel as needed for client meetings, conferences/events or team meet ups
Desired Attributes & Experience:
- 2-4 years preferred
- College degree
- Experience in Account Management a plus
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and independently recognize roadblocks or issues
- Strong listening skills
- High level of professionalism (clients may be Physicians or PhDs)
- CRM experience (e.g., Monday)
- Ability to work within a team
- Comfortable with working in a remote environment
