What we are looking for:
The Account Executive (AE) at Graine is responsible for facilitating new business opportunities for the company by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers. As the first line of communication for a prospective client, this individual is required to have a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closers for success. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who has strong communication and problem-solving skills.
What you will do:
- Candidate will be responsible for top-of-funnel partner recruiting with an emphasis on working with FSRs
- Daily tasks will include, but not limited to: Cold call outreach with a daily call-list
- Managing sophisticated outreach e-mail sequences
- SDR is expected to meet a monthly quota for establishing meetings with potential prospects for Graine’s sales team.
- Rigorously utilize CRM systems to track daily activities and performance.

- High School graduate/GED
- 1-3 -years previous Sales or Business Development experience.
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals.
- Prior experience in cold calling customers.
- High customer empathy and ability to handle objections
- Strong and adaptable communication and presentation skills that span the expectations of venue teams and C-suite executives.
- Passion for sales and a desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- General technical proficiency using software, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.
- Team player
What would be great to have:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree
- Experience in working with restaurant software and/or payments.
- An understanding of POS systems for the hospitality sector.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving business objectives and driving revenue growth.
- Analytical and curious mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
