We are seeking an Account Executive to maintain relationships with clients, ensure satisfaction, and develop new business. You will be responsible for handling client interactions, project management, and coordination with the internal team to meet client needs.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Manage and oversee multiple client accounts, projects and meetings.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns or issues that may arise in a timely manner.
- Monitor and analyze ongoing customer data and client feedback, adjusting and refining strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the internal team and provide support and guidance on projects.
- Provide product training and sales support to customers and sales representatives.
- Develop and maintain industry expertise to make product presentations to customer needs.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics/brokerage sales or account management.
- Willingness to travel to client meetings or conferences.
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
