Job Description:

SPAR Information Systems LLC is on the lookout for experienced Sales Account Executives to join our fast-growing team in Dallas, TX. We are building an in-house IT sales team to help us drive new business and expand our client base. In 2023, we hit a major milestone with 800+ employees and aim to grow to 2,000 by 2025. If you are passionate about IT solutions and have a proven track record in sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and nurture strong client relationships in the IT space.
Identify business opportunities and drive B2B solution-based sales.
Work closely with technical teams to offer the right solutions, including Digital Transformation and offshore/nearshore delivery models.
Use proven Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) models to deliver IT services to clients seamlessly.
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.

Must-Have Skills:

5+ years of IT sales experience, preferably in B2B environments.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong experience in solution-based selling and Digital Transformation.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience working with Offshore Development Centers (ODCs) and nearshore delivery models.
Knowledge of Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) models.
Familiarity with IT services and tech-driven solutions.
