Overview

The Account Executive is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities. This individual works closely with leadership and the sales team to develop and execute sales strategy to meet business goals. They will also identify and target prospective clients, qualify leads, and develop a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team to identify and close new business opportunities.
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue objectives.  
Identify and pursue new business opportunities (including opportunities to expand existing partnerships) and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
Formulate and execute go-to-market strategies to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to uncover growth opportunities. 
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform growth strategies, enhance services offerings, and explore new technology partnerships.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
Utilize a deep understanding of our services to effectively communicate value propositions and solutions to clients. Our sales strategy should consistently encompass our strategic partners to ensure ultimate collaboration and maximize revenue potential. 
Deliver compelling sales presentations and agency overview, both in-person and virtually, to showcase the differentiators of our agency. 
Create and present tailored proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, addressing their specific needs. 
Lead client negotiations, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with company objectives. 
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and forecasts using the designated CRM system.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in business marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Adaptability and innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

Frequent sitting at a desk performing work on a computer.

Travel will be required

Compensation Range: $80,000 - $90,000 annually

Please note that compensation packages are finalized after the interview process is concluded. We use a competency-based approach to base pay, which means it is based on the competencies and skills demonstrated for this role.
