About the Role: At uConnect, our sales team focuses on bringing uConnect’s Virtual Career Center platform to colleges and universities across North America. This is a great opportunity to work with a team and product that is both high-growth and well-positioned to create durable social impact for this and future generations. We’re looking for highly competitive sales professionals, with experience working in a consultative B2B SaaS environment, and a demonstrated track record of quota attainment and performance. This is a hunter sales role, owning the full sales cycle. You will be expected to manage a pipeline of enterprise deals and reap the rewards for closing new business with uncapped commission at a very competitive rate. - All candidates must be comfortable building strategic and trusted relationships with enterprise buyers and also a demonstrated ability to drive sales opportunities forward inside large organizations. - Ideal candidates will be professionally ambitious, self-starters and clearly motivated to win - The best candidates will also be extremely competitive, highly curious and a genuine passion for our mission. What you'll be doing:

Achieving annual sales quota by cultivating strong, consultative relationships with educational institutions around the country
Building a strong pipeline of opportunity within your territory by attending industry events, researching potential leads, networking, social media exposure, and following up on qualified leads
Evangelizing the uConnect platform and revolution at industry events and across your social media channels
Working closely with Product and Marketing teams to help us get better/faster/stronger and stay responsive to customer needs
Delivering demos and sales presentations both online and in-person
Identifying new areas for sales opportunity and revenue growth

What we'd expect in an ideal candidate:

Background as a Business Development Representative with rapid promotion to full account executive
Direct experience and energy for handling a high-volume of outbound and inbound interactions
Demonstrated pattern of curiosity, diligence and independent drive to overcome blockers and meet the sales challenge
Proven track record in delivering $500K+ in annual sales
Experience of closing consultative customer deals in a B2B sales environment
A knack for identifying and developing customer champions to improve conversion.
Disciplined working in a CRM system (eg, Hubspot) to manage your pipeline
Demonstrated track record of opening new business relationships with mid-sized and larger institutions and / or businesses
Comfortable working in a remote-first setting, including working knowledge of common tools for collaborating remotely (ie. Zoom, Slack, G Suite etc.)
