Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Executive at CCA Inc. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, cultivating relationships, generating new business leads, and promoting CCA's services. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, delivering presentations, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.

Qualifications

Account Management, Sales, and Business Development skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in client relationship management and establishin and maintaining broker-producer relationships
Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Knowledge of HR solutions and organizational development
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mental Health,

Business Administration, or related field, with a strong preference for candidates who have behavioral health, wellbeing, and Employee Assistance Programs
