Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SaaS Account Executive with a hunter mentality to join our dynamic sales team. This role is focused on generating new business opportunities within the HR Tech sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and Generate Leads: Proactively seek out and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth within the HR Tech market.
Conduct Outreach: Utilize innovative sourcing and outreach techniques to engage with potential clients, building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
Client Presentations: Skillfully present WorkHQ's technology solutions to potential clients, demonstrating how our products address their specific needs and challenges.
Close Sales: Successfully close deals with new clients, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position WorkHQ's solutions.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of Account Executive experience, preferably within the SaaS industry.
HR Tech Knowledge: Previous experience or familiarity with HR Tech solutions is highly preferred.
Remote Work: Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and accountability.
Hunter Mentality: Strong focus on lead generation and new business development.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Driven and Self-Motivated: A proactive approach with a high level of initiative and a result-oriented mindset.
