This is a remote role but must be based in Dallas Fort Worth, Houston or San Antonio

Package:

$80,000 - $120,000 base X 2 OTE

Responsibilities:

Achieve business development targets within designated Accounts and regions

Grow new business and accounts

Negotiate and finalize new business with existing and new accounts

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in IT staffing industry, or in a sales role with in the tech sector

Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed targets

Characteristics:

Critical thinking
