Job Description

Markerr is seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Executive, specialized in real estate data and analytics. As an Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of engaging with real estate professionals, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. You will have the opportunity to substantially grow revenues through your exceptional sales skills, making a direct contribution to our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate market, cultivating relationships with potential clients interested in property analysis, real estate insights, and forecasting.
Account Growth: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth in the real estate data and analytics sector.
Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth as an individual contributor through effective sales techniques, cross-selling opportunities, and upselling strategies for our AI-generated market summaries, analysis, and forecasts.
Market Insights: Stay informed about real estate industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to guide decision-making and stay competitive.

Qualifications

Proven track record of success in a real estate data and analytics sales role, with a minimum of 3-6 years of experience.
Strong understanding of AI-generated real estate market insights, analytics, and forecasting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a deep knowledge of the real estate sector.
Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making in the real estate industry.
